Refunds

It is King West Flower’s policy to give replacement merchandise or store credits only. Determination of any adjustments will be at the discretion of the store’s management.

Flowers and other perishable products - no replacements or credits will be given unless the purchase is returned to the store within two days and deemed by the store’s manager to be defective.

Vases, gifts and other non-perishable products - a replacement product or a store credit will be given for items that are returned undamaged, within 7 days of purchase. Defective merchandise will be replaced if returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.
