Can my flower order be delivered today?

Same-day delivery is available for online orders placed by 10 a.m. including Sunday. Phone orders for same-day delivery are accepted up until 11 a.m. For more information on flower delivery, our delivery areas and charges, visit our delivery page for details.

What is your policy regarding substitutions?

Please note that we may occasionally substitute equivalent flowers or gift basket items when specific colours, varieties, or products are unavailable. When this occurs we commit to always provide our clients with equivalent or superior value.

What do you do with my personal information?

Rest assured, King West Flowers will use personal information only for its own business and will not sell or release it to third parties. We will not contact any persons/companies identified in a delivery address for any reason except to facilitate the delivery of an order.

What is your refund policy?

It is King West Flower’s policy to give replacement merchandise or store credits only. Determination of any adjustments will be at the discretion of the store’s management.

Flowers and other perishable products – no replacements or credits will be given unless the purchase is returned to the store within two days and deemed by the store’s manager to be defective.

Vases, gifts and other non-perishable products – a replacement product or a store credit will be given for items that are returned undamaged, within 7 days of purchase. Defective merchandise will be replaced if returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.
