Can my flower order be delivered today?

King West Flowers has same-day delivery for online orders placed by 10 a.m. (including Sunday). We can accept phone orders for same-day delivery until 11 a.m. We can also sometimes deliver phone orders we receive later in the day by taxi but there is an additional charge for this service. What is your policy regarding substitutions?

We may occasionally substitute flowers or gift basket items when specific colours, varieties, or products are unavailable. When this occurs, we commit to always provide our clients with equivalent or superior value.

What do you do with my personal information?

King West Flowers uses personal information only for its own business and will not sell or release it to third parties. We will not contact any persons/companies identified in a delivery address for any reason except to facilitate the delivery of an order.

What is your refund policy?

King West Flowers’ policy is to give replacement merchandise or store credits only. A store manager will determine any adjustment that is to be made.

Flowers and other perishable products: – no replacements or credits will be given unless the purchase is returned to the store within two days and deemed by the store’s manager to be defective.

Vases, gifts and other non-perishable products: – a replacement product or a store credit will be given for items that are returned undamaged, within 7 days of purchase. Defective merchandise will be replaced if returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.
